About the role
You are the central point of contact in Customer Service for our customers in the field of battery machinery – ranging from modern lithium-ion (LIB) systems to proven lead-acid (LAB) solutions – and you ensure that our systems continue to operate smoothly even after commissioning. In doing so, you combine technical expertise with strong organizational skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- You take ownership from system acceptance onwards and remain the primary point of contact for our customers.
- You coordinate support requests, document them in our service and customer management system (CRM), and resolve issues in close collaboration with our technical teams (1st- and 2nd-level support).
- You plan and organize service assignments, maintenance activities, and commissioning for modifications and upgrades.
- You prepare service contracts and spare parts packages and further develop retrofit and upgrade kits, including their commercial rollout.
- You analyze service tickets and sales figures and actively contribute ideas to our continuous improvement (CIP) system.
- You continuously develop our service portfolio, thereby making a direct contribution to customer satisfaction and the ongoing development of the company.
About you
- A technical or commercial education (HTL, HAK, or apprenticeship with Matura); for candidates with a commercial background, proven technical interest is essential.
- Initial experience in plant engineering, machinery manufacturing, or service is an advantage.
- Strong technical understanding, a solution-oriented mindset, and enthusiasm for direct customer interaction.
- You remain calm and focused even in fast-paced situations and are committed to finding the best possible solution for customers under pressure.
- Very good command of English and willingness to travel occasionally.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP and CRM systems is a plus.
- A proactive attitude, strong team spirit, and a high level of quality awareness.
About us
- You work on innovative machinery solutions for battery production – covering both lead-acid technologies as well as lithium-ion–based battery and energy storage systems, one of the most exciting future-oriented fields in industry.
- You are given real ownership and creative freedom in an international technology environment.
- You experience true variety in your role – ranging from technical support and project coordination to direct customer interaction.
- When a machine is up and running somewhere in the world because of your contribution, you directly feel the impact of your work.
- You collaborate closely with our experts from engineering, sales, and project management.
